Salary Benchmarking

Currently working at a fintech startup (1+ year) as a Product Operations Manager. B.Sc + MBA (new IIM, 2020-22). ~3 years pre-MBA experience with ZS and PwC in analyst roles.

Drawing ~19LPA in my present role (after hike). Am I overpaid/underpaid/optimally paid?
