Meaning of "Good" depends upon one's qualification (college/degree/certifications) and in most cases how much the company eager to want to make you joining. This includes many factors, urgency of candidate in team/organisation is one of them.
People earning 30+ LPA at 3-4 YOE and there are many people who makes less than 20 lpa even at 9-13 YOE.
Also your roles (coder/devops/ui-ux/frontend) defines the salary structure.
