Seeking Advice: Should I Retain or Take the Risk?

I have 3.6+ years of experience in software development, I recently resigned from my current company and have been actively interviewing for new opportunities. However, my manager has already started the transition process and it's likely that I will be released in the next 15 days. The challenge is that I don't have an offer in hand yet.

I'm at a crossroads and not sure whether I should consider retaining my current position or take the risk and continue giving interviews, hoping something comes through soon.

I’d really appreciate any advice or insights from those who’ve faced a similar situation or anyone with suggestions on how to handle this!

Without an offer, it's risky. Consider negotiating to stay until you secure a new job. Confidence is key, but ensure financial stability. Weigh risks and act wisely.
