Looking to know what interview experiences you guys have had.
Preferably the role you interviewed for along with the org's name. Thanks in advance!!
Have you ever had an interview process that felt unique or stood out in some way? Would love to hear about what made it memorable!
I was only looking for remote jobs when I came across a job post from Hike on LinkedIn for a Machine Learning role. I went through four virtual rounds, and the 'Culture Round' was actually pretty cool. It wasn’t just about my skills; it was more about whether I fit with their values. My final chat with the CEO didn’t even feel like an interview—it was more of a casual conversation. Overall, the whole experience felt refreshing & the flexibility of remote work really stood out to me. I have received an offer from them.
I was at the interview for a company and the interview panel had 3 members ,interview went good but at the end of it one of the member told me if u can do one one hand push up then we’ll hire u
I did it with ease and got the offer letter 😅😅
