There is no job security if you are working any project so going good once you are come in bench so after 60 days Hr will call you and say put your paper or other wise will terminate you
Depends on your current CTC and growth opportunities in current org. From my understanding, better to jump from TCS . Try giving as much as interviews in your notice period.
