Should I take WFH at a startup?

I will be graduating 2025, I have an offer of 20-25LPA from a startup that's remote. I could move to bangalore and show up to co-working space sometimes with colleagues or stay in Chennai.

I am confused whether this would be good, I want to experience office culture once, atleast but i cant land an interview at better paying companies don't know why.

Also in social media they say 20-25 is kinda average for bangalore for that cost of living but I was hoping to move there for better future prospects, should I stay in Chennai remote then? What's the best option now?

20-25 LPA is a great offer out of graduation, just go for it. You will get plenty of office culture experience in the future.

If you want to experience office culture then by all means go ahead. But, having worked in different offices for 10 years, I can say you are not missing out on anything.

25 lpa is a good salary in Bangalore. You can get a decent apartment and share it with friends or colleagues.
