Silent layoffs
Hearing of silent layoffs at Make my Trip, Flipkart and so many other companies. What are some of the ways in which these tech cos are silently firing people so they can avoid a bad headline?
Usually giving a less than satisfactory performance review, usually that warrants a pip, and reason enough to not hire post pip Also most people resign after a pip just to avoid the mental harrassment Know this has been happening across teams at Flipkart Most people want to avoid an altercation so resign through mutual consent, so unless there's a mass layoff, companies will look to trim their wage bills this way
Can you put me in touch with these people at Flipkart who might want to share their stories? My aim is to bring forth the mismanagement, cos of which employees suffer.
