Stanza Living reviews

I am thinking of taking a room in their managed apartments. The rent is pretty steep though ~40k. Has anyone had a bad experience with them?

Stanza is shit. They will be nice and friendly until you sign the contract. After that, they literally ghost you and their resident captains are of no use.

Also, forget about proper hygiene and sanitation.

Are you talking about Stanza PG or Managed Apartments?

Adding another comment. They are very expensive compared to normal rates so take it for three month contract when moving in a blr. For gurgaon also the rates were really high. But the process becomes zero headache because of them for which I didn't mind paying

My stay is in Mumbai, and their price is max 20-25% higher than rest. I guess that's worth it if logistics are smooth.

They give everything including ro, washing machine, even some utensils so moving in is smooth. For long term its not worth paying them the extra

My friend stayed at the Bellandur Stanza. A curtain rod fell on her Mac and it she had to pay for it cuz her 'startup' didn't get the Macs insured. 55k ka Fatka. Also water issues. Resident captains useless.

Don't go for stanza/zolo or any other similar kind of accommodation. Getting your own rented place will always be cheap and peaceful. They have hidden costs like limited wifi speed, limited breakfast.

Stanza is good. Living in Whitefield. It's very expensive but I wanted to move in quickly everything was there settled in few hours. They refund all security so my quick stay in blr is smooth
