100 pushups/ 100 sqauts/ 5 km+ walk
I try to do atleast one from these everyday.
Light breakfast, mostly fruits , dry fruits and omlette
Moderate lunch typical veg thali.
Fruits in snacks if WFH.
Little heavy Dinner
7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Minimising screen time apart from office hours.
I try to include salad and curd in my meals.
300ml milk with honey/ jaggery/ chawanpras/mix seeds at night.
Only butter ghee and sarso oil for cooking.
I Try not to eat packeged food .
1-2 cheat meals per week,
I tried many things , realised I do not require any fancy diet or workout plan or Even going to gym to be healthy .
