Suggestions to maintain fitness
I have to travel from Kochi to Bangalore every two weeks or so. Due to this constraint, I'm not able to join any gyms be at Bangalore or Kochi. And i have recently noticed that my fitness is becoming really weak. Also since I'm traveling homely food is not possible. Is anyone else going through the same stuff? Can you give me a few suggestions to handle this issue. Also, I'm staying at a backpacker hostel. They don't have treadmill or any other equipments here. Thanks.
You can join gym in one city (preferably where you spend more time) and keep some basic stuff such as dumbells , resistance bands etc in other city so that you can maintain consistency.
You just need to do 45 mins of brisk walking daily
Find local - non big name/chain gyms and you can agree on a payment per use model. Definitely easy to find in Kochi.
Or explore if cult pass makes sense for areas you stay at.
