Quite a few things you can do:

1/ Market research and concept validation - talk to 50+ managers from potential early customers and see level of interest and feedback. Companies have raised small seed cheques just doing this

2/ Make a great sign-up page for your product before actually building it. Spend a little money to acquire a few users and see if the concept has any traction. Pretty much what you'd do if you'd built it. You'll get validation way sooner this way.

3/ If you want to build an MVP, get it outsourced on upwork as per your budget. Some of the best companies like Uber started by outsourcing.
This will actually get you started and you'll get directly get feedback on a product that you got built.

MVP is minimum viable product. But what business case you want to bring to? In which domain? Unless that is finalised cannot give any idea

  1. use figma to create prototype, learn it on your own - 0 cost

  2. Setup website with few pages - landing, features, about, refund, privacy, pricing

Get a college kid intern to code it, if you got connections, this could be free 😔

  1. Make sure the signup page asks for credit card or some form of token payment if not full.

  2. Show the prototype demo video on the website landing page.

  3. If people are paying (also means signing up) you have early/gut PMF or not.

Of course refund people who paid since you don't have a product yet.

Everything else is just excuse.

When you actually achieve gut PMF (i.e people wanting to pay for a product that don't even exist), then start building founding team, then build a minimal version of the figma design, not full, raise funds and rock on.

Start with Excel, work upwards from there. Many MVPs can be started on Excel if you break down the work into smaller parts.

Depends on what features you want ofc.

What to do after making MVP

What should we do apart...
