Switching technologies from Mobile development

I have been working on Android development for 5+ years now. Mostly native Android. Is it possible at my level to find new jobs in other technology (backend or Frontend web). My current organisation doesn't have an option to do so. So I will need to switch companies. How should I go about it?

It feels like companies these days are okay with very small mobile app development teams. But backend teams still seem a little bigger.
Also, In this market it's getting harder to find jobs. I want to have more options going forward. Not sure if it's a good idea tbh.

But native Android domain is huge right? Competition is also lesser? Now that KMP is also getting stable, I think Android specifically Kotlin will get new push.
