Switching to VLSI after 2 years experience in embedded

Hello all, I have 2 years in embedded software developement. I come from ECE background and want to switch my domain to VLSI. I am undergoing training and working on Front End Design and Verification projects. All the openings I see on LinkedIn or anywhere is either for 3+ years experience or interns who are in college. Forget cracking the interview I don't know how to get the opportunity to face one. I don't know where am I going wrong. Can someone please let me know how can I get opportunities? Please advise 🙏. Thanks
