Thankyou for taking out time to comment on this post! However I did get to know how toxic the culture is because I even did my pre joining formalities on their Dove portal(where now also I can see the designation and compensation offered) and after 1.5 months of wasting my time and efforts HR told me that your offer release is put on hold for now as the delivery team has freeze the requirement.
