Third Party Payroll

Does anybody have any experience of working on third party payroll for a MNC? How does it work and should I be apprehensive of it and what should I take care of I join in such a setup. Thanks.

Third party payroll usually means you are a contractor and not an employee and can easily be let go once the project ends and have worse benefits then permanent employees

Plus shitty work and timings , not worth it

You will face open discrimination if you are on third party payroll. You get lesser number of leaves than full time employees. Your salary sometimes is delayed and your HR won’t bat an eye if you complain. In my opinion never join on third party payroll.

Could you explain what you mean by that? I may know but your question isn't too clear.

I have started my career with domestic BPO and it has just been couple of months and its unworthy of my time and effort. I want to switch to an international process which Capgemini is offering but through third party payroll. This third party (Its name is Crown Solutions and is a HR Consultancy firm) will get my salary from Capgemini and thenafterwards will credit it to my account with some truncated benefits. Capgemini work culture is far better than my present co. and is also offering Hybrid mode of work. Will be receiving by experience letter from Capgemini.

See if they're interested to hire you directly, most of the times, they are.
