How stable is being in third party payroll?
I got an offer from a company for being a third party payroll. I don't know how stable is it and what are the pros and cons?
I have recently got a job offer from a small third party company where I will be working for big tech companies. It seems like a great learning opportunity for me, and the money they are offering is also decent. But I am concerned about job security and growth because I want to climb up the corporate ladder. Can any experienced person tell me the pros and cons of third party payroll job?
Hi, working for a third-party payroll company may not have too many advantages. Firstly, your salary may be less as compared to the larger companies. Secondly, there is not much job security. The third-party firm may wind up suddenly, leaving the employees stranded. There may not be proper policies or benefits in place at a third-party payroll company, which is usually the case with large organisations, such as health insurance. However, in case you are looking for a break, try the offer at a third-party company. At least you get to work with top tech companies and that adds to your work experience.
hmm can u tell the client company?
The pros and cons totally depends on the company that have offered you.
Let's say the organization is an MNC who is yet to setup their base in India nut they want to start until their documentation are completed, hence third party.
On the other hand, some companies will just test if the waters are calm or if the person is right to explore... this is negative by the way

Does anybody have any experience of working on third party payroll for a MNC? How does it work and should I be apprehensive of it and what should I take care of I join in such a setup. Thanks.
I have offer from FAANG via 3rd party payroll company. The offer is a good increase & the contract is of one year. I already have experience of 2yr and FAANG might help me in the resume. I am from analytics field.
Is it worth it?
