He spoke the truth. Sometimes you’ve pmf, other times market condition changes, never do unethical stuff.
Culture is a different vector. Financial crime is completely different.
He’s trying to imply don’t look for shortcuts, if numbers are bad then accept it. That’s what he’s doing, trying to test a product every quarter until he hits the gold.
I had an offer released and revoked by this firm on the literally same day (11 am to 9pm) around 2.5 months ago. My reporting was with the second ranked Group CXO (X=F) who said they were hiring “strategically”.
Proper disaster.
