We’re doomed.
The Govt should stop people from going out of control. This isn’t a competition which we get a prize at the end. We’ll eventually starve to our death due to this. The resources don’t increase in tandem to the population.
The Governments need to stop this. They can limit the number of benefits a family gets from them after the second child. Or have a rule where every 3rd child one in the family is forced to join the army for a certain amount of time. Or some kind of tax for people who have more than 3 kids regardless of income.
(3 kids as in individual pregnancies not the exceptional cases like quadruplets and so on)
It may not be true.. we need to wait until India's next census in 2024.
This is just a projection based on the rate of growth from the 2011 census. Since then India's population is actually declining, also covid took a lot of lives, which might not be used for calibration.
So we should wait and watch !
