I am working at a project in an MNC which is highly toxic and expecting team members to work in night as well as on weekends and also they expecting to working in public holidays.
Team lead also of a blaming nature.
I am totally frustrated because of this guys please suggest how can I handle the situation also is it good to get release from the project
Always remember, what you do today may not have any impact an year down the line. So don't stress yourself and relax.
And of course, look for an opportunity outside. Internal transfers can take time, and the toxic culture might be prevalent in the entire org.
