Usually diesels. Can't drive them in Delhi beyond 10 years.
You can transfer them out to another RTO jurisdiction and use them for 5 more years.
Note though, transfer charges are calculated on the invoice value and not on the current value. Buy price may be low, but a 80L car needs to be maintained like a 80L car. Spares and most importantly services are expensive. A 10 yo car needs significant upkeep.

You can find a 3P garage. In my experience they are cheaper than the OEM garage, but not that cheap. Spares you'd prefer to be original.
