Sharing step wise as i did hours of research on this last week.

1)Firstly look if you skill is in ongoing skill shortage list of AUS. Link: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list 2)From there you will get different types visa you can apply. 3)Give a IELTS exam and score above 7 or 8.
4)Get your work experience and education degrees verified which a Australian government body performs and cost around 50k. 5) Share a EOI(Expression on Interest) 6) Wait for invitation from government. 7)Once you get the invite apply for the visa and fly to AUS.

Or another easiest way to skip all this. Apply for jobs via online platform, crack interview and get selected, and then get sponsored by your employer. This one is a bit tough and time consuming.
