Vegetarians, what is your go-to protein source?/

Soak overnight: 2 spoon green moong daal 2 spoon chic pea 10 almonds 5 walnuts
5 figs
2 spoon of raisins
handfull of peanuts

Have them as a breakfast

10 almonds- isn’t that too much?

If you are working out then not an issue. Yes, going above 12 is not healthy. Also, over-all diet pe depend.

Soyabean 52% Moong dal alongwith other sprouts Paneer Cheese Chana n milk.

Look up what anti-nutrients are. Soyabean and lentils have high quantities of them. Only dairy products can substitute whey, but have wayy(pun intended) more carbs and fat.

Always try to avoid soya products as much as possible. They damage thyroid functioning.

Just by not counting calories and proteins. Eat regular home made food, daal roti sabzi dahi etc.. Occasional homemade fastfood.. Don't overstress over protein and vitamins etc.
