I see there are many many job openings in LinkedIn jobs. I have personally applied for over 200 devops positions. But absolute silence, or rejection. What's happening?
Shitty and frustrated feeling - I have been applying for the better part of the year on LinkedIn (Premium) btw, for over 500+ roles on LinkedIn across various companies for a role in Business Intelligence, is it shitty for everyone out there or just me? Got couple of interviews then ghosted, what the f**k is happening? Is it just me? Please guide; our thoughts
Can you give a rough split of the 500 appications? How many were easy apply, how many were via forms, how many were recruiter DMs/ founder DMs ?
Easy Apply was like 15-20% rest were forms, I have made zero founder DMs however, had a couple of recruiter DMs
Yupp, linkedin is a good place to get referrals but bad place to to get interviews. Easy Apply button has just made it worse unfortunately.

I am applying for Roles in Linkedinwhich I was qualified well (may be I am overhyping myself) but I am not getting shortlisted for any of the roles applying.
Is there anything I should do instead of just applying ?
Read somewhere that startups are keeping open postions on LI to make investors think that they're growing... So check...
