Want a career and industry change after working in metal and mining industry for 2 years.
Hey! I graduated 2 years ago from a Tier-2 college in EEE background, got placed in a metals and mining industry as a GET, after working for 2 years as an assistant manager and looking after machinery and instrumentation maintenance, I want to switch my career path before I get stuck here forever, presently my CTC is 9LPA and I am actively looking for some opportunities outside of this industry. Tried preparing for GATE and other government exams but I am not able to continue my studies because of the hectic schedule and the unreal work-pressure which is both physically and mentally frustrating. Please suggest some alternate career paths to help me make a switch in other domain with good pay and a better life.
I have also completed my MBA in Operations Management from a reputed college (Online mode) alongside my work. People the related field please help me in finding new career options.
MBA in distance mode doesn't help much as far as I know.... Check with classmates from your MBA college if they have openings in their companies
Thank you for the suggestion, but I am really confused in which role should I appy in other companies, like which role do I start looking for.
