Hiring process
Hi guys(Mainly HRs), Recently I applied to one SaaS company for the position-Solution Engineer/Implementation engineer, I had 2 rounds and was done with both the rounds. As I was expecting results, I got this mail from the...
Something strange happened to me. I completed my L2 interview round with Siemens , and I felt it went well. The interviewer even mentioned that they would inform HR about the next steps. However, HR hasn't reached out since. I've tried contacting her, but there seems to be a network issue on her end. I sent an email and even a text message, but still no response, and it's been a week. What should I do in this case?"
Wait for few more days. In the meantime keep applying to other places. Sometimes companies stall candidates if they are interviewing other people for the same role.
If you don’t get reply in few days, you can reach out to interviewer and HR on LinkedIn and enquire about your interview result.

Not selected hence no reply
At the very least, they could say, 'No, you're not selected' or 'You're not a fit.' I would have been okay with that. But giving this silent treatment doesn't make any sense to me. Or at least an update, like, 'We are also evaluating other candidates, so please be patient; we'll update you in a week's time,' or something similar. Maybe this is my first time experiencing this, which is why it's making me so frustrated. I've had sleepless nights all this week, checking for an update every morning.
