Weired question from manager.

Me : I am not feeling well and have asked for sick leave. Manager : Okay but is this a genuine sick leave? I was pissed off after I saw this question and What are your views on this guys 😏?

Agreed! I was shocked after watching his reply because from January to till now i kept only one sick leave and this is second one but seems he doesn’t have any trust on employees

So - yearly there will be 12 days of sick leaves and from 12 days this is my 2nd leave in may ending. If I have shown any previous signs of cheating then why would I take only 1 leave before?

Ask the Manager to come and check personally how sick you are and make sure you Sneeze or Cough on the Manager's Face.

Need wfh atleast for periods

If not leaves, then wfh should be made mandatory for all companies for women 5 days a month. Even leaves should be given atleast 5 extra in a year, for those bad days. What do you think?
