In Wells Fargo referal don't work. So far I referred more than 400 candidates.. at least few of them were eligible and had less notice period or immediate joiner... None of the candidates get a call..in simple words in Wells Fargo referral doesn't work... That's what I wouldn't like to refer to anyone, something in paypal

They looks for coding skills like other product based org....any banking or financial knowledge plus advantage..but not mandatory
