What aging did to you?

Hi all, as the title says what drastic changes did you saw in your personality, maturity levels, way of looking at things and reacting to them as well as you aged and do you think that you're a better version of yourself now as compared to your younger self.

Let's consider college phase and working or working+marriage phase. Or feel free to compare any phases of yours when you think you changed on above parameters.
