What do companies look for in a portfolio?
Hi, I am an UI intern for a small size design agency since march. Frankly learned a lot about the design process IRL and very grateful for the experience. I have upgraded my portfolio a little bit and now want to know if I am ready to be upgraded to the next position of a designer in a company. I also want to know honestly what kind of designs do companies look for in a UX/UI designer’s portfolio. I have attached a sneak peak to my designs. Would love a honest evaluation and opinion. Thank you.

They now look for A LOT. They want someone similar to 2-3 years experienced designer. You should be able to do everything with great precision. Screw internship, try getting a full time job in a small company it’ll help you get a better one later on. Also, drive link not gonna work. At least have a framer or wix website.
Okay okay. I get what you are saying
