All 'brave' decisions are lucky shots , the ones that don't get favourable luck end up being stupid decision failure stories.

Failure is okay unless it breaks us. I think failure stories are more important than success stories but ya who reads them anyway though it has more to teach you than the success stories.

Yeah man, need that thing to take shots. Of course failure might be staring at us but it's also important that while we take a shot we don't go broke. Take impact but don't fall kind of mindset.

Only partly true in India. In corporate - brilliance still stands out.
In business it’s always bravery.

In the US, I absolutely agree. If you’re brave you’ll go far or go dead. That’s for sure. And 1 out of 3 people are involved with a small business or some kind in their life

I'm thinking of transitioning into PM or TPM role. I've 5+ years of Software Engineering, I really like management side and have done alot of PM stuff in my previous and current org.
