What do you think: FAANG was (or wasn't) worth it?

Have felt that way but I can't do much now. Have a wife and kids, plus EMIs and too much counting on me. Sometimes I feel I could've taken more risk when I was young but it is okay ig.

Feeling meh but what can I really do?

I feel happy that the work I do is pretty chill. I am happy that the time I spent grinding at coding, DSA, extra curriculars etc.

Yeah I feel the same, taking this time to look for new hobbies and finding new ways for fulfilment

Hey, my 2 Rs

I was working in startups for a while before making the move to faang...

I have struggled with

1. Prioritisation (cause there is just so much that can be done)
2. People (so many people doing diff tasks! So many teams! So much info!!)
3. Protocols (baggage here is a lot)

But I do feel I'm doing better work here than before. I actually feel I'm working harder. There is something that they have done magically where I'm not in a high gear but still productive.
