What is next for the Automaion Test Lead

As a 13-year experienced IT professional with a background in testing, I'm considering a career transition into development. Despite excelling in automation testing and earning recognition within my testing community, I've faced challenges with business teams recognizing testing efforts. With a foundation in Java, C#, and VB script through tools like Selenium and UFT, I'm eager to learn and adapt.

Request for Suggestions

Given my constraints, including family commitments and old age :-p, I'd appreciate advice on the next career option, I should give it a try. The option should have some hands-on experience on my personal machine rather than just watching videos/ hearing audios.

As someone with mid-level management experience, I'm aware of the potential challenges in transitioning to a new field.
