What is the biggest problem you face in your daily job? Please mention your role as well.
As a PM I would say it is to delivery high quality product in less time. 🕰️
How can you deliver anything? Isn't that tech team's responsibility? Level of fakery is insane trying to pass engineering work as yours😅
I feel biggest problem of a PM's job is to be good at heart after faking, pretending and mooching on company money without actually doing anything.
Growth PM
Showing up to office every day when this shit can be done without going there 😔
Isn’t collaboration easier in person? Hybrid might be the best way. Go for few days plan and then WFH.
Have been working remotely since 2020. Earlier it was hard but now i don’t feel much of a difference.
Isn't it technically the engineers' problem?
@NightCoder you are right delivery is engineers' problem . but in small startups sometimes it's PM's problem
I joined this org 1.5 months. One big problem is that no deadlines given to my works, mostly RnD works. My manager says do it slowly which I internally took very seriously and not doing anything because I don't know how to do it.
Maybe try syncing up with manager regularly and ask them for clear due dates and share their expectations. Also big projects can be broken into smaller milestones so that progress can be monitored and achieved. Deadlines help us all move forward . 💀
Sad, there are no HR here. Wished to see comments like " picking the right color for rangoli".
Very smart but adds zero value to discussion
