What is the most beautiful thing about Bangalore for you?

For me it has to be the evening skies looking at the sunset

The nice kannada people The nice Telugu people The nice Tamil people The amazing marathis Also the non rotten northis too And very good & soft people of eastern India too

And this will be not taken lightly but genuinely the city's traffic. Yes you guys hate it. But the real sadness was the absence of traffic during kaveri riots. Inspite of it being so horrible (current traffic is no match to pre covid traffic mind u), city used to brave it, people didn't care if silk board had a monster in it they used to simply cross it, contribute to their improvement and nation's pride as well. But that day it was heartbreaking to see the city bowing down to 3rd class thugs.

Silk board felt soo damn sad and depressing without traffic.

Just sad that some cool dude brainless wannabe northis(some overcooked filthy southies too) are lashing like rabid dog against city. But love kicking their ass as well

So yeah, I love the enthusiasm the city contains within it. Love how it provides opportunity for anyone wanting to earn.

I particularly like the rotten Kannada people. Why so much "not like" for them.

It's sad that a genuine post gets so many cynical responses. I'm sure most of you are going through some shit but it doesn't hurt to be hopeful once in a while.

As someone who has grown up here and seen it change I think the most beautiful thing about namma Bengaluru is and will always be its people. I know it sounds hypocritical to both sides of the north south debate but I genuinely feel so.

Rarely does a city bring together so many people from everywhere. It's raw, far from perfect and even the weather sucks now but I still see a lot of hope in a city that's young and driven.

I've made friends with people from every corner of the country just by joining playo and playing football. A lot of entrepreneurs I have worked with and gave me a chance have nothing in common with me other than the fact that I meant them by chance here in Bangalore. It's a place brimming with ideas, some are wild, but a lot of them come from a good place. I'll be the first to point out how they'll fail but I will never discourage or deny them the chance.

I understand Mumbai and Delhi are equally if not more cosmopolitan (and Hyderabad too) but I believe in terms of raw potential Bangalore still has a lot going for it. So yeah, that's it.

I can almost predict the replies to my comment so imma switch off notifications XD.

You give too much credit to the rabid dogs. They can bark, we should just put them down.

Living in bangalore

You know, living in Bangalore is a bit like being in a whirlwind of contrasts. One moment you’re sipping a frothy cup of filter coffee at a quaint little cafe, the aroma wrapping around you like a warm blanket. The next, you’re caught in...
