Why is these bs time tracking softwares being introduced? What's the need for it when the employee is working on the assigned task and completing it before deadlines.
Suppose, if we are doing the assigned work way before the EOD, then why do we need to stick to the screens just for tracking our clicks? Any counters for this mechanism?
