What is the salary of a Head of Marketing at a B2B Early stage startup?

I am thinking to move from my current role (operations, a combo of things) to more niche.

I am evaluating taking this switch, honing my skills specifically to B2B marketing. (I feel B2C marketing is getting overcrowded)

I have an experience of about 10 years across different startups, and I know a fair essence of organic marketing and brand building.

What would be a logical salary if I move into a head of marketing role, in B2B startups?
