What is the scenario at Meesho for an SDE-1?

So, one of my friends was aaproached by Meesho for SDE-1 in Hyderabad office. What's their current Work culture, Tech culture, appraisals and stuffs?? And is there chance of layoffs or pips happening?? And are the appraisals happening good?

I recently joined Meesho as an SDE-1. The work culture looks good and the manager seems to be chill. 😐 AFIK, they have an office in Bangalore only.

Im pretty sure the recruiter told him Hyderabad office, but even Im not sure whether Meesho has an office there or not. Maybe asking him to clarify from the recruiter will help

You were correct, the recruiter mentioned the Bangalore office only. If you don't mind and are comfortable, can you tell what's the CTC range they offered you?

Hyderabad office??? I was offered SBA role and was told that they have an office in Bangalore only with hybrid working days
