What’s a good annual % hike + bonus?

I’m wondering what is the case for your company and how transparent are the hikes? Do they tell you on what parameters will you get x% hike?

And same for bonus. If x is your bonus component, what % of it do you get annually?

There is no fixed answer about hike, because it depends on your salary range. For someone earning 30 LPA, 10% hike would be considered ok, 15% would be considered good, and 20% would be considered great. But for someone earning below 10 LPA, anything below 20%, would be poor hike. Talking of annual Bonus, most product based companies give 100+% Bonus, even some service based companies give 100+ Bonus.

Increment this year?

Since we are seeing a lot of layoffs, a lot of companies are using this as an excuse to provide less increment this year. Interested to know what sort of increments are you’ll getting this year and how much did you get last year?
