What makes u believe thid is a "well researched" docu and not pure propaganda?
I have done some research before when this video was not shared, and if you will read you can find valid references to whatever he has mentioned on the internet. Apart from this rest he has given logical explanations with proof to his arguments. So I don’t know what else you are looking for as to believe that this is well researched or not
I watched his videos on Sadhguru and Beer biceps. Finally!! someone spoke about what's wrong with them.
