That's great. Did you do any side geeks to achieve this? What financial suggestions do you have for someone who is below the age of 30 ?

No side hustle . Just regular employment and investing in equities consistently . My advice would be to earn as much as you can , save aggressively, invest in equity index funds consistently and ignore everything else . Do it for 10 years straight and you are set for life . Have term and own health insurance. Keep an emergency fund . Concentrate on work . Most most most important than any of the above , spend time with family and friends , enjoy your life and never worry

I would have 50+ lkh NW at this time if I didn't wasted money in margin trading (read gambling) btc in search for quick money had to just wait and hold (bought in early 2017)

I have worked in a service based IT firm for most of my career.

We make more money in equities with far less headache to what real estate can offer.
