When does IT recession get stable again ?

Why Tech Layoffs are Still Continuing ?

How long will it take to recover from recession?

Mostly businesses are out of India and IT engineers are in India due to which in India also layoffs are continuing so how to get rid off?

Is AI playing major role in layoffs or its due to recession?

As a support engineer what should be the next career path should take like DevOps , Development or Management etc.

It's already getting better. From the end of 2022 to 23, I barely got any calls, but now I am in the interview loop with many companies. I see recruiters are also reaching out. It's going to be great once fed starts lowering the interest rates

Well there's no way to be layoff-proof other than upskilling yourself regularly.

(Note : It will also not save you from layoff but it will help you land the next opportunity pretty quick).

Now coming to the support engineer part depending upon what kind of work you have done and/or what interests you more you can choose between DevOps or Development.
