When should I leave Infosys, I am at JL 3A ,

Hello guys , i new this corporate reddit world and I am enjoying the responses that I have seen up and till now , I am not happy at my current job....it's just the work is too boring and has un wanted pressure to clear things out and also the rotational shift have affected my mental health severely , any suggestions on how to tackle this or should I just look for better opportunities?

if 3 yrs is complete and your skills are matching the job description in the job posts you're looking for, then switch unless you can get onsite opportunity this year

They don't send onsite for JL3 , min is JL4 and that too if lucky , onsite opportunities start from JL5
