All service based companies are almost same with respective to there policies and work culture and pays and hikes. Last option should be PwC then KPMG and then Congnizant.
But again it is totally depends on project in which you are going to deploy.
Any thoughts on Wipro or HCL ?
If you want excellent work life balance, job security but don’t care about salary hikes, go for TCS/Infosys.
If you are ready to work hard, learn and grow, take Deloitte or EY, you will get high salary as well.
If you want something in between go for Accenture.
Out of this CTS is the worst
Infosys at least you are left with your self worth and dignity.
