Why are tier 1 City people richer then tier2 and tier3 cities?
Per capita income is more in mega cities why only those cities?
Is office shifting to tier 2 cities only beacuse the commercial rents are high in Tier 1 cities or it has some other agenda behind it?
Nowadays many people are comfortable to work from there home location. It saves cost. Is this also the reason for companies shifting its focus to tier 2 cities?

I know a lot of companies are hiring for roles with competitive offers that are in sync with Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Why not stay away from metros given the right opportunities? Would love to hear your thoughts.
I like having lots of options in Swiggy Zomato and quick deliveries via Flipkart and Amazon.
Just visited Mumbai last weekend, it has somehow gotten worse over the last 5-6 years. Every 3rd or 4th road is either under construction or unusable.

Why are tier 1 cities like Delhi and Bangalore more expensive than tier 2 cities?? What kind of facilities/opportunities does tier 1 city people enjoy?? Does tier 1 city people think of moving to tier 2/3 city??
