How are Growth and Strategy roles from a longetivity and work satisfaction perspective ?
Should someone from Analytics switch into these roles? Will they pay better than Analytics in the longer run?
I believe, once you reach a leadership position especially especially in cross functional roles like the alliances, partnerships, sales, account managers, cluster managers, the learning is great and you get to work with execs from very large companies. Also, regarding the pay, these kind of roles eventually require onsite opportunities which serve as a passport to a good life(not necessarily).
