Why do we feel that the JOB or the ORG are bigger than us?

I see many people (including me) feel that the job we are interviewing for, or the "dream company" like apple nvidia are bigger than us whenever we give interviews. I feel HRs are majorly responsible for building this kind of narrative while interview process that "we are the biggest tech giant" or "we are the pioneers", but in this heat we fail to see beyond the organization. No matter what they say, ANY company can fire you when they want to cut costs, not even considering to how much value you bring.

These companies have very serious lawsuits going against them at anypoint of time, but just that we don't see them in the media (cuz hardly anybody cares about employment sector).

At anypoint in time, these companies are crunching private data (which shouldnt be allowed) and implementing nasty tricks just to charge you more because you use an iphone.

They wont even pay you enough for your current job and expect you to not have a life outside of work, expecting 90 hr work week and not allowing you to spending time with your family just so they can get a fatter check.

What do you think we should do get rid of this "slavery" mindset?
