Are full work from home roles still available? Is it easy to find them?

Unless it’s a remote first company or they mention remote in your offer letter, I doubt it’s really remote. Some X day company will call you back in that case. Meesho, Swiggy, Atlassian, Gitlab, and few small startups seem legit remote

Meesho won't be truly remote. From 1st June it's going with the hybrid model. Once a week you'll report to the office in Bangalore

Not really. Most of the roles are hybrid. Afaik few companies which still allow wfh full time Swiggy and Meesho

It depends. I specifically tell all HR reaching out to me that I’m only looking for WFH till XX-XX-XXXX citing personal reasons. 25% has responded that it is negotiable, they’ll check with the respective team managers.
