Can someone tell me on how many days does Capgemini calls their employees to office, and how many days the employees actually follow there?
Ideally flexi policy states to come to office for 3 days per week. But it's based on the project. Some projects asks the team to come to office everyday. Some teams will ask 1 or 2 days a week. Some projects doesn't care you are working from office or home. Personally I never went office for last 6 months
