Work or Masters in 2025?

Graduated May 2023. Fortunately I got an offcampus placement before graduation in a service based company and currently work for Qualcomm as a client (started Jan 2024)

As I'm from ECE background from a tier 2 college.I was told by seniors that market is unwelcoming at the moment and hard to get into any core companies as a fresher!

My simple analysis was that, I saw many people planning to move abroad to pursue MS or give GATE/JAM and complete PG in India only from any prestigious institutes. Since there were talks of recession and no major job openings, I saw many people opted for this option. As a result, percentage of students who chose this path were getting saturated in international job markets. So I made a decision of getting a good exposure and experience, which inturn gives me an upperhand of getting selected in my list of institutions I would like to apply for!

Now that I have close to 1.5 YoE (lets say more than 2 if I'm applying for this year). But I have this dilemma of continuing work or go for MS. I would like your realistic PoV from yourself or your from your friends who are pursuing MS abroad if I were to take this decision.
