Workout timings
Do you guys workout before or after office? I personally feel like working out after office is very beneficial to release all the anger and frustration that you have on your manager.
Before is best, but if you're sure you'll leave exactly at your logout time then that's good as most of the time the work spills over and your workout takes a hit because of that
Cardio in morning to get ready for the day. Strength training after work to release stress.
I like to work out in morning. I do workout in evening if I miss it in the morning. I don't get that intensity and energy in evening workouts.
Some people feel more better during evening workout.

Early morning.
Someone - work/friends would expect me to available in evening on some days. So it was hard to be consistent for evening workouts.
Also, like to shower after workouts.
Hence, morning works when most people are sleeping, come back, take a shower, and start work with freshness.
